Muse Asia Licenses 'May I Ask for One Final Thing?' TV Anime

Last week, Muse Asia declared they have acquired the rights for the TV anime version of May I Ask for One Final Thing? by writer Nana Ōtori and illustrator Sora Hoonoki. This series will be shown during this upcoming fall season.

Asami Seto will star in the series as Scarlet. Other cast members include:

- Wataru Katō as Julius von Paristan
- Shōya Ishige as Leonardo El Vandimion
- Miyu Tomita as Nanaka
- Kazuki Ura as Sigurd Forgrave
- Taito Ban as Kyle von Paristan
- Ai Kakuma as Terenezza Hopkins

Kazuya Sakamoto of LIDEN FILMS is directing the anime at their Kyoto Studio with main production at LIDEN FILMS. Deko Akao of LIDEN FILMS is overseeing the series scripts. Eriko Haga of LIDEN FILMS is designing the characters for the anime. Hinako Tsubakiyama of LIDEN FILMS is composing the music for the series. Satoshi Motoyama of LIDEN FILMS is serving as the sound director for the anime.

AlphaPolis is releasing ( link ) the manga in English digitally and it describes the story:

In the middle of a ball, Scarlet's fiancé, Kyle, suddenly calls off their engagement. She's falsely accused of being a bully and people unfairly call her a "Villainess." The aristocrats and noble families all denounce her. For years, she had to put up with his abuse and idiocy, but she can't take anymore of it! At her wit's end, she asks for one last favor; to give him a good fist in the face. So begins Scarlet's story of revenge against Kyle and his cronies! A fantasy about an elegant yet rebellious fighter, who doesn't let anyone take advantage of her!!

The manga is based on an original web novel ( link ) by Otori. Seiunsha released the fifth volume in October 2024. The manga launched ( link ) in Japan on the AlphaPolis website in June 2019. The ninth volume released in October 2024.
